The project consists of the extension of the
existing hotel to provide 50 no. bedrooms, conference rooms,
staff facilities, over 7 storeys including basement. The gross
area of the development is 3,225 m2. The services include air
conditioning throughout and the finishes are to a high specification.
Some demolition and alterations to the existing hotel were also
required.
