The project consists of the construction of a
new ALDI foodstore on a brown field site, Queen Street, Clonmel.
The building is a single storey steel frame with finished blockwork,
glazed entrance, dock leveller ,recessed trolley bay and tiled
roof covering. Fit-out includes HVAC and electrical installations
and tiled floor finish. External works consists of landbridge
over ancient burial site, access roads and carpark along with
associated site services. |
