Construction of 8,986m2 hotel consisting of 147
bedrooms, large conference area, bar, restaurant and public
areas. Construction was generally concrete frame with concrete
block internal walls, stud partitions, double glazed aluminium
windows and doors, plaster externally and mechanical, electrical
and lift services. The contract also included landscaping, car-park
and external services.
