Details:
The project consists of the demolition of existing structure on brown field site and construction of a new ALDI foodstore, Kickham Street, Thurles. The building is a single storey steel frame building with finished brickwork and glazed entrance, along with dock leveller and recessed trolley bay. Fit-out includes HVAC and electrical installations and tiled floor finish. External works consists of access roads and carpark along site services.
