The project involved the design & build of a mixed development over 4 blocks of 3 storeys each. There are
37 shell & core units including retail, offices, shops, restaurant, a public house and a medical center. Finished residential accommodation comprises 21 no. 2 bed apartments, 5no. 3 bed apartments and 30 no. duplex units.

Surface car parking and all associated external works are included in the contract.
