The project involved the demolition of the Mall-Mart building and the construction of new five storey block of 29 apartments above a ground floor retail unit. There is also a small basement area for storage. The site is a confined city centre location with highly restricted pedestrian and vehicular access and is surrounded on three sides by listed buildings.
