This project involved the design and build of
a mixed development incorporating apartments, offices and retail
units. The scheme contains 3 retail units at ground floor, 14
office units at ground and part 1st floor level and 38 apartments
including 2 no. disabled units from 1st to 3rd floors. There
is basement carparking throughout.
