The project involved the construction of an apartment
complex of 199 units in 6 blocks and was completed over three
phases. The blocks are generally 4 or 5 storey with an extensive
4,000m2 basement carpark running beneath 5 of the 6 blocks.
The sixth block contains a crèche and medical centre
and the
site was fully landscaped on completion.
