Details:
The work consists of the construction of two
four storey graduate residence blocks and a five storey extension
to the Distance Learning Centre. The floor areas is 5760m².
The building is of reinforced concrete column and flat slab
construction, block cavity wall externally and block or stud
partitions internally; all areas of the residence blocks are
fully finished.
