office, retail and residential development over 5 storeys with
basement and ground floor parking. There are retail units on
the ground floor with own-door office units on ground floor
and first floor. There are 42 apartments from the 1st
to the 4th floor with a rooftop garden.
The site is in a restricted city centre location, adjacent to
Bargaintown furniture store. |
