The contract involved the construction of a new
building incorporating an aircraft hangar and a three-storey
office accommodation area together with ancillary siteworks
and alterations to site services. The gross floor area of the
building is approximately 4718m2 of which the open hangar area
comprises 2817m2. The remaining 1901m2 includes the main boiler
room, ground floor workshop areas, offices and ancillary facilities.
