This project involved the construction of a 38,000
m2. retail distribution warehouse complete with 2 levels of
high spec administration offices. The building is structural
steel in construction with precast concrete throughout, including
precast concrete dock levellers. The warehouse floor area covers
approx. 10 acres. The facilities include chiller/freezer cool
goods areas, waste compaction and waste water treatment systems.
The project also included all site works, landscaping and external
services.
