The work consists of the construction of a purpose-built
Student Centre comprising student facilities, students union
office, student health centre, retail units, multi-purpose hall,
a licensed private club, improvements to existing carpark, landscaping
and provision for occasional outdoor events. The building has
a total area of approx. 3,750m2.
