The work consists of the construction of two
four storey graduate residence blocks and a five storey extension
to the Distance Learning Centre. The floor area is 5760m2. The
building is of reinforced concrete column and flat slab construction,
block cavity wall externally and block or stud partitions internally;
all areas of the residence blocks are fully finished.
