Details:
The new Quinn School of Business building for undergraduates has an area of 7,500 m2 consisting of three storeys constructed in insitu concrete, steel and precast concrete frame. It is clad in white honed precast panels and glazed curtain walling. There is a paved central atrium providing lighted common circulation and break-out area from lecture areas which all have purpose concrete soffits in a troughed construction. Internal walls are all stud partitions with access flooring throughout.
