The development consisted of two blocks, a three storey
andfour storey, linked by a feature lift and stairs core.
The mixed development consists of 8 apartments, office
and retail space and 2 restaurants one of which shall have
a drive through facility. The development also included
associated parking, site works and extension of the existing
road system. The construction consists of rendered masonry
walls, pre-cast floor slabs and clad structural steel roof along
with roof garden.
