Details:

Complete refurbishment of existing 100-year-old
convent building to nursing home. Work consists of new roof
structure and covering. Internal alternations, demolition of
some adjoining structures and construction of new oratory building
and lift blocks. Fire rated partitions and doors, new floor,
wall and ceiling finishes, mechanical, electrical and lift installation
along with all associated site services. |
